Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a refund of unused prepaid USD balance within 14 days of the original top-up transaction, provided that no more than 10% of that specific deposit has been spent on API requests.

Promotional starter credit is not refundable. Only balance purchased via a real top-up transaction is eligible.

How to request

Email support@uai.sh with:

• Your account email address
• The payment transaction ID (TXID) of the deposit
• For cryptocurrency refunds: the wallet address to receive the refund

Processing time

Refund requests are reviewed within 8 hours. Approved refunds are processed within 24 hours of approval. Network or payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-refundable cases

• More than 14 days have passed since the deposit
• More than 10% of the deposit has been consumed
• Account was suspended for policy violations
• Deposits under USD 5
• Promotional or starter credit (non-refundable)
