UAI sells prepaid service credit for API usage. Purchases are one-time top-ups, not recurring subscriptions. Balance is deducted based on actual API usage at per-request, per-token rates. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal.
This balance is a service credit account for UAI usage only. It is not a bank account, deposit product, or transferable stored-value instrument.
All amounts are denominated in USD (United States Dollars). Your balance, top-up amounts, and usage charges are shown in USD.
Top-ups are currently accepted via cryptocurrency through Cryptomus. Accepted currencies include USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, and 30+ others. You select your preferred coin and network during checkout on the Cryptomus-hosted payment page.
Card payments are not currently available. If card payments are added in the future, this page will be updated.
The minimum top-up amount is USD 5. Top-ups below this threshold cannot be processed.
Balance is credited to your account after payment confirmation from the payment processor. Cryptocurrency payments require a number of blockchain confirmations before being marked as confirmed — see the Delivery Policy for timing details. Balance does not expire.
Balance is deducted per API request based on token usage (input tokens + output tokens) at the published per-model rate. Rates shown in the model catalog are a snapshot and may change as upstream provider pricing changes. No charge is applied for requests that return a gateway error on our side.
Published top-up amounts represent the amount credited to your UAI balance. Blockchain network fees (gas/transaction fees) are paid by you to the network separately and are not controlled by UAI. If sales tax or VAT applies to your purchase based on your jurisdiction, it is your responsibility to comply with applicable local tax rules.
Payment events and balance history are visible in your account under Billing. If you need a formal receipt, email support@uai.sh with your account email and transaction details.
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Promotional starter credit is not refundable.
