Delivery Policy

1. Digital delivery only

UAI is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped. Upon successful payment, you receive access to the API gateway service via your account. There is no physical delivery.

2. Account access

Account access is granted immediately upon registration via magic-link email authentication.

3. Prepaid balance delivery

Top-up balance is credited to your account after payment confirmation. Timing depends on the payment method:

  • Cryptocurrency payments via Cryptomus: Balance is credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations for your selected network. This typically takes between a few minutes and up to 60 minutes depending on network congestion and your chosen coin. Cryptomus notifies us automatically when payment is confirmed.

Balance does not expire once credited. You can verify your current balance at any time in your account under Billing.

4. API access delivery

Once your account has available balance, API access is available immediately. Create an API key in your account and start making OpenAI-compatible requests. There is no additional activation delay beyond payment confirmation.

5. If balance does not appear

If your payment was confirmed on the blockchain but your balance has not updated after 60 minutes, contact support@uai.sh with:

  • Your account email address
  • The payment transaction ID (TXID)
  • The approximate date and time of the payment

We will investigate and credit your balance manually if payment is confirmed and the issue is on our side.

6. Service availability

We aim for continuous API availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned and unplanned outages are published on the status page. Model availability depends on upstream providers and may change without notice.
