Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

UAI (uai.sh) is operated by JDG Yauheni Stsiapnou, sole proprietorship registered in Poland (NIP/VAT: PL5214014344, REGON: 525001444). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights. Contact us at support@uai.sh for any privacy-related questions.

2. Information we collect

Account information: Your email address used to authenticate via magic link. We do not collect passwords.

Session data: An encrypted session cookie is stored in your browser to keep you signed in for up to 30 days. No persistent tracking pixels or cross-site trackers are set.

API usage metadata: We log each API request, including timestamp, model identifier, token counts (input and output), latency, and your account identifier. This metadata is used for billing, abuse prevention, and service health monitoring.

Prompt and response content: We do not store the content of your API requests or model responses beyond what is necessary to complete each request. Requests are proxied to upstream model providers in real time. Refer to the upstream provider's privacy policy for how they handle request content.

Payment and billing records: When you top up your balance, we record the transaction amount, payment status, and provider transaction ID. We do not store full cryptocurrency wallet keys or card numbers on our servers.

Support communications: If you contact us by email, we retain your message to respond and improve the service.

3. How we use your information

  • To authenticate your account and maintain your session
  • To calculate and deduct prepaid balance based on API usage
  • To provide billing records and usage history
  • To monitor service health, detect abuse, and improve reliability
  • To respond to support and legal requests

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. If the site includes analytics, it is limited to aggregate, anonymized traffic data.

5. Data sharing

We share data only as necessary to operate the service:

  • Upstream model providers (e.g. OpenRouter, OpenAI): receive your API request payload in real time to generate a response.
  • Payment processors (e.g. Cryptomus): receive transaction details when you initiate a top-up.
  • Legal authorities: we may disclose data if required by law.

6. Data retention

Account and usage records are retained for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal and operational purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@uai.sh.

7. Security

We use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) for all connections. Sensitive values such as provider API keys are encrypted at rest. No security measure is foolproof; please keep your own API keys secure.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact support@uai.sh.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the registered email address where practicable. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
